Showers and toilets are a major issue in Victoria — many CFA stations have no showers. What can be done?

Suggested approaches: engage local politicians and councillors directly (with FCFA support if needed); community fundraising; prefabricated shower/toilet/turnout room modules delivered by truck as a low-cost interim solution; use local council water trucks if no reticulated supply. Government audit of the busiest 100 brigades first was also proposed.
